The staff has been awesome and very helpful, only thing every time I come in there’s new staff and manager other than that awesome store will recommend this pawn shop and Claudia and Alexa was excellent on helping me and I could tell these two knows the meaning of TEAMWORK ❤️

I went to EZPawn in Odessa, Texas on Grandview and Brittany and Linda were the employees working. Currently as I’m writing this review it is 8:55 PM but they closed at 7:00 PM. I made it here by 6:55 PM thinking they may take 1 or 2 items I had to sell or pawn. These ladies are legitimately the KINDEST MOST AMAZING SOULS!!! They both teamworked and one took multiple items I had for sale and the other took my pawn items. I could not believe that they had spent their entire day working and STILL took care of me as a customer of this store (on Grandview in Odessa) as if I had shown up 5 minutes after they opened instead of 5 minutes before they closed!!! THANK YALL BOTH SO SO SOOOOOO MUCH!!!!! Yall are seriously amazing to be able to help people daily on levels yall may not even realize!!! I appreciate their hard work more than any employee at any business that I have been to in the west Texas area in a while!!! Yall know EXACTLY what GREAT customer service is!! Thank yall both again so much!!!
